  • The Holy Cross men’s tennis team was washed out of its Tuesday home contest against Nichols due to inclement weather in the area. The match has been postponed until Thursday, April 15 at the Holy Cross Tennis Courts in Worcester, Mass., beginning at 3:00 p.m.
  • The team will break for Easter before resuming competition on Tuesday, April 6. AIC will visit Worcester, Mass. for a 3:30 p.m. match held at the Holy Cross Tennis Courts. Last year, the Crusaders swept AIC, 7-0, on April Fool’s Day, 2009.
  • Freshman Jeff Paadre (Sutton, Mass.) saw his first collegiate action in last weekend’s Patriot League matches, as he competed with sophomore Chris Das (Melrose, Mass.) at No.3 doubles against Lehigh. Paadre played five varsity seasons of tennis at Sutton Memorial at No. 1 doubles, marking a record of 22-1 at doubles during senior year, going undefeated in the district. His doubles team was the first in school history to win the individual district championship and first to compete in the individual state tournament.
