Men's Swimming & Diving Prepares For Terrier Invitational

  • The Holy Cross men's swimming and diving team (0-2 overall, 0-1 Patriot League) will take a break from competition, returning to the pool for the Terrier Invitational on Nov. 19.
  • Sophomore Brian Power (Southport, Conn.) continues to make waves for the Crusaders as he finished first in three events against Springfield. Power won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.55, the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:19.50 and then claimed first in the 200 IM with a time of 2:08.78. Power leads the team in all three events so far this season.
  • Freshman Jan Yburan (Livingston, N.J.) has made a splash so far this season. Against Springfield, Yburan won the 200 back, marking the second consecutive meet he has won a backstroke event. So far this season, Yburan leads the Crusaders with top times in both events.
