Men’s Swimming & Diving Falls To Springfield

WORCESTER, Mass. - Sophomore diver Adam DeVito (Walpole, Mass.) narrowly missed breaking the school record on the three meter board as the Holy Cross men's swimming and diving team fell to Springfield 189-110 Saturday afternoon at the Hart Center.

DeVito scored 310.58 points to win the three meter diving event, missing the school record of 311.50. Newcomer Brian Lyons (Greenwich, Conn.) continued to lead the Crusaders, winning the 1000 free with a time of 10:35.86 and sophomore Connor Bowman (Princeton, N.J.) finished first in the 100 back with a time of 57.71.

The Holy Cross men's swimming and diving team will return to action at the Hart Center on Wednesday, Nov. 11, hosting Army at 4:00 p.m.
