  • The Holy Cross men's soccer team will travel to Lafayette on Saturday, Nov. 8, for its last Patriot League action and final game of the regular season.

  • The Crusaders posted a 2-0 record this past week, defeating No. 19 Boston College, 1-0, in double overtime on Tuesday, Oct. 28 and posting a 3-1 league victory over Army on Saturday, Nov. 1.

  • Holy Cross is currently ranked fifth in the NSCAA Middle Atlantic Regional Poll for the week of Nov. 4.

  • In the NCAAs, the Crusaders are ranked 27th in goals against average (0.76), 32nd in save percentage (0.822), 38th in shutout percentage (0.44) and 38th in won-loss-tie percentage (0.656).

  • In the individual NCAA rankings, junior goalkeeper Thomas Booth (Patchogue, N.Y.) is ranked 32nd in goals against average (0.773) and 33rd in save percentage (0.822).

  • Saturday's win over Army qualified Holy Cross for the Patriot League tournament being held November 14-16.

  • Sophomore Kyle Miller (Woodbury, N.J.) scored two goals in the game against Army. Miller is currently ranked first on the team in scoring with eight goals for 16 points.

  • Junior Ryan O'Hanlon (St. James, N.Y.) scored the game-winning goal against Boston College. It was O'Hanlon's first collegiate goal.
