WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross sophomore forward Kyle Miller (Woodbury, N.J.) has been named the Brine Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week in the Patriot League for competition from September 29 - October 5, which in the Crusaders posted a 1-1-0 record. Miller scored the game-winning goal in the 107th minute against Bucknell in Patriot League play on Saturday night.
At the 106:18 mark, senior midfielder Andreas Andrews (Los Angeles, Calif.) set up Miller's shot from the left side of the box as he put it into the left corner of the goal, lifting Holy Cross to the 2-1 win. With Saturday's victory, the Crusaders remain undefeated in league play, with a 2-0 record.
The men's soccer team returns to action on Saturday, October 11, traveling to Lehigh for a Patriot League contest at 7:00 p.m.
