Holy Cross Men's Soccer Beats #19 Boston College, 1-0, In Double Overtime

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Junior midfielder Ryan O'Hanlon (St. James, N.Y.) scored the game winning goal in the 105th minute, leading the Holy Cross men's soccer team to a 1-0 double overtime victory over No. 19 Boston College. With the win, the Crusaders improved to 8-4-3 while the Eagles fall to 7-6-2.
In the 105th minute, at the 104:32 mark, O'Hanlon scored off a rebound from six yards out in front of Boston College's goalkeeper Chris Brown, assisted by freshman Tony Rosales (Aurora, Colo.). The goal was O'Hanlon's first collegiate goal while Rosales recorded his first collegiate assist.
Junior Thomas Booth (Patchogue, N.Y.) earned his sixth shutout of the season and made three saves for Holy Cross while Brown had three stops.
The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, November 1, when they host Patriot League opponent Army with their final home game of the season at 5:00 p.m.
