Men's Soccer Announces Spring Slate

WORCESTER, Mass. - The Holy Cross men’s soccer team has announced its 2010 spring slate, released by head coach Ted Priestly. The squad plays on six total dates, finishing with the Alumni Game on May 1.

The team opened up spring competition with a game at New Hampshire, held on March 28. Providence will visit next on April 10 for a night game, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Linda Johnson Smith Soccer Stadium. The team travels for two games the following weekend, playing Hartford and Quinnipiac on April 7 on Hartford’s soccer field. 

The Crusaders will host two teams on Saturday, April 24 as Rhode Island and Vermont come to Worcester, Mass. for a three-game cycle starting at 10:00 a.m. The spring schedule will finish with Holy Cross’ annual Alumni Game, held May 1 at 12:00 p.m.

Scrimmage vs. Providence- Saturday, April 10, 7:00 p.m.

Scrimmage at Hartford– Saturday, April 17, TBA

Scrimmage vs. Quinnipiac (Hartford, Conn.) – Saturday, April 17, TBA

Scrimmage vs. Rhode Island - Saturday, April 24, 10:00 a.m.

Scrimmage vs. Vermont- Saturday, April 24, 11:00 a.m.

Alumni Game- Saturday, May 1, 12:00 p.m.
