Before Holy Cross: A four-year member of the varsity rowing team at Fordham Prep….served as 2008-2009 team captain…as a member of the New York Rowing Association he was a member of a boat that advanced to the semifinals at the 2009 Royal Canadian Henley…member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Paul and Patricia Ptucha…his mother was the MVP and team captain of the fencing team at St. Mary’s College…has one brother (Matthew).
