WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross senior Paul LeBlanc (Lexington, Mass.) and freshman Edison Parzanese (Edgartown, Mass.) received Patriot League Men's Lacrosse weekly honors, for their performances in the 16-11 win at Lafayette on Saturday, April 7. LeBlanc was named the Offensive Player of the Week for his five goals and two assists for seven points, while Paraznese was named Rookie of the Week for the second time this season for his two goals and five assists for seven points.
LeBlanc's five goals was a season-high as he has recorded at least one point in all seven of the games he has played in this season. He is second on the team in assists (nine) and points (22), while he is third in goals (13). LeBlanc's nine assists are a single-season career high.
Parzanese's five assists and seven points were both single-game career highs. He currently leads the team in assists (11) and points (25), while he is second in goals (14).
The Crusaders return to action on Tuesday, April 10, when they travel to Burlington, Vt., to face Vermont at 2:00 p.m.
