Holy Cross To Play Two Home Games This Week

  • The Holy Cross men's lacrosse team returns to action this week for two home games. On March 17, the Crusaders will play Hartford at 6:30 p.m., while on March 21 they will play No. 20 Army at 12:00 p.m. The Army game can been seen live on Crusader All-Access as fans can watch live Holy Cross games on GoHolyCross.com for a $9.95 monthly subscription.   • The game against Army will be the third time this year that the Crusaders have played a nationally ranked team as they played No. 13 Duke and No. 15 Navy.

  • Last year, Holy Cross defeated the Hawks, 9-7, while it fell to Army, 14-5.

  • The Hawks are 0-4 this season.

  • Army is 4-2 on the year so far.

  • In his first five games, freshman Colin McGeehin (Newtown Square, Pa.) has scored at least one goal. For the season he has six goals and one assist.

  • Senior co-captain goalie Jimmy Harrison (East Williston, N.Y.) has 450 career saves which are ranked third all-time at the school.
