Pat Harrington is in his first season as an assistant coach at Holy Cross. Harrington serves as the offensive coordinator, recruiting coordinator and runs the substitution box on game days. Before coming to Holy Cross, Harrington was an assistant coach at Mars Hill College in 2006 and helped the Lions win their first ever Deep South Conference regular season championship. In 2004 and 2005, he was an assistant at St. Lawrence University and helped the Saints to 20-8 record in those two years. In 2004, St. Lawrence won the UCAA regular season championship and Harrington was a part of the UCAA Coaching Staff of the Year. A 2002 graduate of Nazareth College, Harrington helped Nazareth advanced to two NCAA Final Four appearances.
