Before Holy Cross: Spent his freshman year at Penn State, playing in 10 games and picking up two ground balls … previously a three-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at the Governor’s Academy under coach Peter Bidstrup … team captain and team MVP as a senior … a 2011 U.S. Lacrosse High School All-American … received All-Scholastic honors from the Boston Globe … named the 2011 Independent School League MVP … helped lead team to a pair of Independent School League championships … also lettered in soccer and ice hockey … received the Governor’s Academy Goodwin Athletic Prize for athletic achievement and sportsmanship in 2011 … played club lacrosse for New England Select Lacrosse.
