WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross sophomore forward Brodie Sheahan (Lethbridge, Alberta) has been named the Atlantic Hockey Player of the Week, for his performance in the weekend series with Army on Nov. 3-4. Sheahan recorded two goals and two assists in the weekend series with Army.
On Saturday, Sheahan had one assist, while in the 3-1 win on Sunday he scored the first two goals of the game and assisted on Holy Cross' third goal. His two goals were on the power play, while his game-winning goal was his second of the season. Sheahan leads the team in points with nine as he has three goals and six assists.
The Crusaders return to action on November 9-10 when they host Atlantic Hockey opponent Canisius for two games. Friday night's game is set to start at 7:00 p.m., while Saturday's game will begin at 4:00 p.m.
