• Member of the Powell River Kings of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) for coach Kent Lewis, playing in 120 games with 62 goals and 81 assists for 143 career points
• Selected to the 2008-2009 BCHL All-Star team, after totaling 39 goals and 44 assists for 83 points during the season
• His 25 power play goals led the BCHL, while his 39 goals were ranked third and his 83 points placed fifth
• Named the team’s 2008-2009 Most Improved Player
• Team was the 2008-2009 Mainland Division regular season champion and the Coastal Conference playoff champion
• Also a three-year member of the varsity soccer team at Hamilton District Christian High School
