WORCESTER, Mass. - 2010 Holy Cross graduates Ryan Driscoll and Brodie Sheahan have each signed professional hockey contracts. Driscoll signed with the Wichita Thunder of the Central Hockey League (CHL), while Sheahan signed with the ECHL's Cincinnati Cyclones.
Driscoll, who was a two-time captain of the Crusaders, played in 142 career games putting him tied for third all-time at Holy Cross. He scored 21 goals and had 37 assists for 58 points, while he was tied for 10th on Holy Cross' all-time Division I power play goals list.
Sheahan played in 130 games with 40 goals and 41 assists for 91 points. He is eighth all-time in goals and ninth in points on the Crusaders' all-time Division I lists, while he is third all-time in power play goals with 23. The Cyclones are an affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators.
