Holy Cross Men's Hockey Announces Freshman Class

WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross head men's hockey coach Paul Pearl has announced the 2009-2010 freshman class for the Crusaders. Brendan Baker (Edina, Minn.), Kyle Fletcher (Kanata, Ontario), Rob Linsmayer (Winnetka, Ill.), Brandon Nunn (Fairport, N.Y.), Thomas Tysowsky (Amherst, N.Y.), Erik Vos (Carlisle, Ontario) and Evan Zych (Kilbride, Ontario) will join the Holy Cross program for the 2009-2010 academic year.

"I am really excited to add such a talented group," said Pearl. "Up front we've added speed and goal scoring with Kyle, Rob, Brandon and Erik. On the blue line Brendan and Evan bring us excellent puck moving ability. At the goalie position, Thomas' size and athleticism will allow him to compete for playing time right away."
