Holy Cross Men's Golf Places 18th At Yale Spring Open

NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Holy Cross men's golf team finished in 18th place out of 26 teams at the Yale Spring Open at the Course at Yale. Junior Pat Brown (Silver Spring, Md.) tied for 57th place with a two-round score of 152 to lead the Crusaders. Holy Cross had a total score of 617, while Harvard won the event with a score of 585.
Senior Matt Czarnecki (Greenwich, Conn.) had the second best two-day score for the Crusaders with a 154 which was good enough for a tie for 73rd, while senior Ryan Kenny (Medford, Mass.) tied for 79th with a 155.
The Crusaders return to action on April 11-13, when they compete at the New England Division I Championship at the Triggs Memorial Golf Course in Providence, R.I.
