Jon Brock Named AT&T Crusader Of The Week

WORCESTER, Mass. - Senior wide receiver Jon Brock (Acworth, Ga.) has been named the AT&T Crusader of the Week, for competition from October 20-26. Brock helped lead the Holy Cross football team to a 35-21 victory over Lehigh on Saturday.

During the win over the Mountain Hawks, Brock caught six passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns. His first score came on a four-yard pass from senior quarterback Dominic Randolph (Amelia, Ohio) at the 11:15-mark of the first quarter, to give the Crusaders a 7-0 lead. Brock then added what proved to be the game-winning touchdown on a two-yard pass from Randolph with 13:25 left in the fourth quarter, putting Holy Cross in front for good, 28-21.

Overall this season, Brock now leads the team in receiving with 35 catches for 506 yards and eight scores. Over the course of his collegiate career, he has totaled 104 catches for 1,300 yards and 13 touchdowns.

The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, Nov. 1, when they play host to Bucknell at 12:30 p.m.
