Tom Radulski is in his third season as a member of the Holy Cross coaching staff in 2013, serving as the linebackers coach. During the 2011 campaign, he coached a pair of All-Patriot League selections in C.J. Martin and Ricky Otis.
Radulski came to Holy Cross after spending the previous 11 seasons as the defensive coordinator at Bowdoin College. During his time at Bowdoin, he coached both the linebackers and the secondary, in addition to serving as the team’s director of football operations. In addition, Radulski was an assistant softball coach during his first three years at Bowdoin, and an assistant men’s lacrosse coach in his final eight seasons at the school.
Prior to his time at Bowdoin, Radulski served as the head coach at Sacred Heart from 1997-1999. He led the team during its transition from Division II to the Division I-AA level. Radulski was previously the head coach at UMass-Lowell from 1993-1996, where to took a part-time club football program to the Division II level.
From 1989-1992, Radulski was the defensive coordinator at Columbia. During the 1989 season, he worked alongside current Holy Cross head coach Tom Gilmore, who was then serving as the Lions’ defensive line coach.
Radulski’s other coaching stops include time at Allegheny College, Colby College, Hamilton College and New Hampshire.
Radulski earned his bachelor’s degree in history from New Hampshire in 1979, and went on to earn a master’s degree in public administration from New Hampshire in 1984.
