HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Kevin Callahan at Ridgefield High School.
• Served as team captain during senior year.
• Named first team All-Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference in both 2010 and 2011.
• Totaled 142 tackles, five quarterback sacks and four interceptions during his high school career.
• Also rushed for 1,126 career yards and 15 touchdowns on offense.

PERSONAL:
• Son of John and Kate Turner.
• Has two brothers (James and Michael) and one sister (Anna).
• Father was a member of the swimming team at both the University of Massachusetts and the University of Kentucky.
• Mother was a member of the swimming team at UMass.
• Has not yet declared a major.
