
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2011:
• Did not see any varsity action.
• Selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Matthew Walsh at Taft High School.
• Earned All-Conference honors in both 2009 and 2010.
• Selected All-City as a senior.
• Completed 69 of 143 passes for 1,029 yards and 12 touchdowns
in 2010, while rushing for 212 yards and eight scores on 39
attempts.
• Hit on 139 of 287 career pass attempts for 2,182 yards and
28 scores.
• Led team to state playoffs during his junior and senior
seasons.
• Named the Chicago Sun-Times Football Star of the
Week in 2009, after throwing for 275 yards and three touchdowns in
a win over Gage Park.
• Also lettered in baseball, helping lead team to the
school’s first-ever regional championship in 2009.
• Member of National Honor Society.
