AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2011:
• Played in nine games with one start.
• Saw action at both guard and center.
• Started at left guard against Lafayette.
• Part of an offensive line which allowed Holy Cross to average 22.9 points and 400.9 total yards per game.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2010:
• Did not see any varsity action.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Marty Vollmuth at the Hill School.
• Served as team captain during his junior and senior seasons.
• Named the Mid-Atlantic Prep League Defensive Player of the Year in 2009.
• Earned All Mid-Atlantic Prep League honors on both offense and defense.
• Totaled 70 tackles, nine sacks and three forced fumbles as a senior.
• Helped lead his team to the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Prep League championship.
• Also a member of the baseball and wrestling teams.
• Two-time captain of the wrestling team.

• Son of Jeff and Carole Knighton.
• Has two brothers (Hunter and Hayden) and one sister (Savannah).
• Majoring in History.
