Holy Cross Football Team Opens Preseason Practice

WORCESTER, Mass. - The Holy Cross football team returned to campus earlier this week to begin its preparations for the 2010 season. The Crusaders return 12 of 24 starters from their 2009 squad which finished with an overall record of 9-3, won the Patriot League title with a 5-1 mark in conference games, and advanced to the NCAA playoffs for the first time since 1983. On Monday afternoon, Holy Cross held its first team practice session of the fall.
