HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Ray Ferro at South Hadley High School.
• Served as team captain during his senior season.
• A three-time first team All-Suburban Conference selection.
• Named first team All-Western Massachusetts as a senior, after being a second team selection during his sophomore and junior years.
• Helped lead team to three straight state semifinal appearances.
• Received the Ed Healey Award as the most outstanding lineman in the Pioneer Valley.
• Selected to play in the Shriners Classic All-Star Game.

PERSONAL:
• Son of Michael and Debra Chieco.
• Father played football at Holy Cross, graduating in 1980.
• Has not yet declared a major.
