Nov. 13, 2008

WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr., announced today that the men's basketball game between Holy Cross and St. Joseph's on Sunday, November 16, has sold out. No tickets remain for the match-up between the Crusaders and the Hawks, which will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Hart Center.

At halftime of the Holy Cross-St. Joseph's game, four all-time Crusader basketball greats will be honored. George Kaftan '49, Bob Cousy '50, Togo Palazzi '54 and Tom Heinsohn '56 will all be on hand to witness their jerseys being lifted to the Hart Center rafters - the first time Holy Cross has held such a ceremony for any former student-athlete.

Fans who are not able to attend the game can watch it live on the internet through the Crusader All-Access package, or listen on The Pike 100.1 FM in Worcester (www.worcesterpike.com).

Tickets for all other Holy Cross home games, including the season opener on Friday, November 14, against Sacred Heart, can still be purchased through the Holy Cross ticket office at (508) 793-2573 or online through www.tickets.com.
