Crusaders Place Three Players On Academic All-League Team

WORCESTER, Mass. - Three members of the Holy Cross men's basketball team have been selected to the 2007-2008 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league office. Leading the Crusaders was sophomore guard Zach Paterick (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.), who posted a 3.84 grade point average during the spring semester. Joining Paterick on the Academic Honor Roll were junior guard Pat Doherty (Scranton, Pa.) and redshirt freshman forward Andrew Keister (Galloway, N.J.).

A total of 27 student-athletes from men's basketball teams around the league earned spots on this year's Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade point average of 3.20 or better during the spring semester, and be a varsity letterwinner on his team.

Holy Cross finished the 2007-2008 campaign with an overall record of 15-14, and a 5-9 mark in the Patriot League.
