Darryl Hilliard is in his second season as an assistant coach on Ralph Willard's staff at the College of the Holy Cross. Hilliard is involved in scheduling, game preparation, scouting and player development for the Crusaders, in addition to being directly involved with off-campus recruiting. Hilliard came to Holy Cross after spending two seasons as the head coach at Snowden International High School in Boston, Mass. Prior to his tenure at Snowden, Hilliard spent three seasons as an assistant coach at the University of New Hampshire. While at New Hampshire, Hilliard was responsible for scouting, practice participation, academic monitoring and helping with a national recruiting effort. Hilliard has a wealth of coaching experience having also spent time as an assistant coach at Northeastern, Boston University, Delaware, St. Michael's and UMass-Boston, in addition to serving as the head women's basketball coach at UMass-Boston. Hilliard is a 1988 graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington where he earned a bachelor's degree in business.
