Holy Cross Signs Mitchell Hahn To National Letter Of Intent
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross head men's basketball coach Milan Brown announced today that Mitchell Hahn (Fremont, Neb.) has signed a national letter of intent to attend Holy Cross and play for the Crusaders. Hahn will join the Holy Cross program in the fall of 2014.
A 6-foot-7, 200-pound forward, Hahn plays for head coach Mark Williams at Fremont High School. He averaged 15.2 points and 7.8 rebounds per game during his junior season, while leading Fremont to the 2013 Heartland Athletic Conference tournament title. A two-time honorable mention All-State selection, Hahn also earned Academic All-State honors in 2013, while being named All-Area by the Fremont Tribune. In addition, he played for the Nebraska Bison Red all-star team in the summer of 2013.
"We are excited to welcome Mitchell Hahn into our basketball family," said Brown. "We think his versatility will be a big asset for us. Mitchell is a good athlete who also possesses a quality skill set. He is going to have the opportunity to have a very good career, and we are happy to get such a high character individual."
Holy Cross (1-2 overall) returns to action on Wednesday, Nov. 20, when it travels to Fairfield for a 7:00 p.m. game.
