Dudzinski Named Preseason All-Patriot League

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Senior forward Dave Dudzinski (Elburn, Ill.), a member of the Holy Cross men's basketball team, has been selected to the 2013-2014 preseason All-Patriot League team, in voting by the conference's head coaches and sports information directors. In addition, the Crusaders have been picked to finish in seventh place in the 2013-2014 Patriot League preseason poll.

Holy Cross received 70 total points in the conference preseason poll. Boston University placed first in the poll, with 162 total points and 18 first-place votes, followed by Lafayette in second with 130 points and two first-place votes, Army in third (115 points), Bucknell in fourth (113 points), Loyola (Md.) in fifth (109 points) and Lehigh in sixth (93 points). The preseason rankings were rounded out by Colgate (eighth, 49 points), American (ninth, 36 points) and Navy (10th, 23 points).

Holy Cross is scheduled to open the 2013-2014 regular season on Sunday, Nov. 10, when it faces Harvard at 5:30 p.m. at the TD Garden, as part of the Coaches vs. Cancer Tripleheader.
