Men's Basketball To Make Three National Television Appearances

WORCESTER, Mass. – The College of the Holy Cross has announced that three men's basketball games and will be shown on national television during the 2013-2014 season. Two contests will air on the CBS Sports Network as part of the Patriot League basketball television package, while one game will be shown on ESPNU. Two other Holy Cross contests could also be shown on the CBS Sports Network, as the televised games for the final two Patriot League weekends of the regular season will be selected during the year. Other televised contests in either conference or non-league action could also be added.

The Crusaders' first televised game will come on Friday, Nov. 15, when they travel to North Carolina for an 8:00 p.m. contest on ESPNU. Holy Cross will then make an appearance on the CBS Sports Network on Tuesday, Feb. 4, when it plays at Colgate at 9:00 p.m. The third televised game will come at home against Bucknell on the CBS Sports Network on Sunday, Feb. 9, at 12:00 p.m.

Other possible televised games on the CBS Sports Network would be on Sunday, Feb. 23, against Navy, and on Saturday, March 1, against Boston University. In addition, the CBS Sports Network will televise both semifinal games of the Patriot League Tournament on Saturday, March 8, and the championship game on Wednesday, March 12.
