• A true point guard who is very quick and handles the ball well
• Can make the open jump shot, and also create off the dribble and get into the lane
• Has outstanding speed
• Can provide a spark on the defensive end, with his ability to pressure the basketball

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played one postgraduate year for head coach Ed Huckaby at Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, Va.
• Graduated from Potomac High School in 2010, where he played for head coach Keith Honore
• During his senior season at Potomac, averaged 20.0 points, 8.0 assists and 4.0 steals per game
• Earned second team All-State honors, and was also a second team All-Metro selection by the Washington Post in 2009-2010
• Named the 2009-2010 Cardinal District Player of the Year
• Chosen to play in the Capitol Classic and the Virginia State All-Star Game
• Played AAU ball for Boo Williams and D.C. Assault
