WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross junior forward Andrew Keister (Galloway, N.J.) has been selected to the national Jesuit All-Academic team, as announced by the Jesuit Basketball Spotlight. Keister was one of three honorable mention selections to the squad.
A second team All-Patriot League selection this season, Keister averaged 10.2 points and 8.9 rebounds per game, while making 51.6 percent (130 of 252) of his field goal attempts. He was even more impressive against Patriot League opponents, averaging 11.6 points and 10.9 rebounds in conference regular season contests. On the season, Keister ranked first in the Patriot League in rebounding, third in field goal percentage and 19th in scoring. He has also posted a conference-best 12 double-doubles on the season, while scoring in double-figures 16 times.
Off the court, Keister has posted a 3.41 grade point average in History, while being selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll four times.
Over the course of his Holy Cross career, Keister has now totaled 609 points and 513 rebounds, while hitting 249 of 477 (52.2 percent) field goal attempts.
