Nine Members Of Baseball Team Named To Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

WORCESTER, Mass. – Nine members of the Holy Cross baseball team have been selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll as announced today by the league. To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a winter or spring sport student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester. Bucknell topped the Patriot League with 21 student-athletes making the Academic Honor Roll. Lafayette added 18 to the list, followed by Lehigh with 14. Army placed 10 on the list, Holy Cross had nine honors and Navy rounded out the list with three.

Sophomore Jordan Enos (Stockton, Calif.) led the Crusaders with a 3.76 grade point average in the spring semester. Senior Nick Ciardiello (Edison, N.J.) was named to the honor roll for the third consecutive season. Sophomores Patrick Puentes (East Greenbush, N.Y.) and Josh Olson (Woodbury, Minn.) were named for the honor roll for the second time, while Zach Burdeau (Andover, Mass.), John Colella (Herndon, Va.), Josh Hauser (Dallas, Texas), Chris Kono (Greenwich, Conn.) and Tom Marra (Sea Cliff, N.Y.) earned the award for the first time.
