Holy Cross senior outfielder Nick Ciardiello (Edison, N.J.) and junior pitcher John Pedrotty (Portsmouth, R.I.) picked up two major individual awards while two other members of the squad, senior Jack Laurendeau (Sudbury, Mass.) and sophomore John Colella (Herndon, Va.) were named to the inaugural Worcester Area All-Star Baseball Team. The team was established this season and represented each one of 10 Worcester area colleges.

Ciardiello and Worcester State senior third baseman Corey McDonald earned the Co-Players of the Year honors.
