WORCESTER, Mass. - The fall seasons are winding down and winter sports are gearing up, as the Holy Cross men's soccer team is looking for a chance to play in the Patriot League tournament. The Crusaders' fate will be determined on Saturday, Nov. 7 when they travel to West Point for a final regular season game against Army. The volleyball team will play its final two road games of the regular season this week when it travels to Washington, D.C., to play American (13-11, 7-3 PL) on Nov. 6 at 7:00 p.m. and then to Annapolis, Md., to meet Navy (6-19, 1-9 PL) at 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 7. The women's ice hockey team will kick off the season on the road at UMass-Boston on Friday, Nov. 6 at 7:00 p.m. and then return to Worcester for its home-opener against Salve Regina on Saturday, Nov. 7 at 2:00 p.m.
The men's and women's rowing teams will wrap up fall competition this weekend and the women's soccer team and field hockey team concluded its seasons this past weekend. Both swimming and diving and cross country teams will take the weekend off.
